Stage Two
Book an Assessment
One of our dedicated care managers will visit you at home or in hospital for a no obligation initial assessment. In your assessment we will discuss your support needs, medical requirements, nutritional requirements, daily routine, mobility, domestic preferences, memory assessment and interests.
Stage Three
Agree a Start Date
Before starting care you will receive a detailed care plan and accompanying contract to review and sign. You will then receive a schedule of the dates, times and details of the carers who will be attending to your needs.
Stage Four
Benefit from Home Care
You’ll receive all the support and care you need plus you’ll be in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
